Link Group, the firm that acted as the authorised corporate director for Neil Woodford's collapsed fund empire, is in talks to sell its fund solutions business, as a potential settlement with the Financial Conduct Authority over its conduct nears.

Link is in exclusive discussions with Dublin-headquartered fund services company Waystone Group to offload its whole fund solutions business bar Woodford-related liabilities, it said in a 20 February Australian Securities Exchange statement.
