Linklaters hikes junior lawyer salaries to £150,000

Linklaters has joined Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in raising salaries for its newly qualified lawyers in London to £150,000.

The firm has also boosted trainee salaries from £50,000 to £56,000 for first-year trainees, and from £55,000 to £61,000 for second-year trainees. Linklaters increased solicitor apprentice salaries from £25,000 to £28,000, according to a person familiar with the situation.
