Linklaters suspends partner profit payment and postpones salary reviews

The law firm said its steps will preserve its cashflow and prevent redundancies

Linklaters has suspended its June partner profit distribution and postponed yearly salary reviews to protect its balance sheet from the disruption caused by the Covid-19 pandemic.

On 8 April, the elite “magic circle” law firm said it will not hand out the quarterly profit payment to partners to “preserve cashflow” and protect jobs.
