Boutique fund manager Liontrust has boosted its UK regional sales reach, as the company eyes growth following its acquisition of Alliance Trust’s investment arm earlier this year.

Liontrust has made two hires, it announced today in a statement. Andrew Taylor is joining from Neptune Investment Management to cover sales for northern England, while Mark Wright, who previously worked at Jupiter Asset Management, will cover the Midlands. They will report to head of global distribution Ian Chimes.
