Liontrust Asset Management's total funds under management grew to £2.1bn (€3.3bn) for the year ended March 31, against £1.3bn in 2001, as the firm won a string of mandates formerly managed by larger firms.

Additional funds, totalling £230m, are in transition. The 39% growth in funds during Liontrust's financial year to March compares to the 6% fall in the market.
