Antonio Horta-Osório, the chief executive of Lloyds Banking Group, has made a raft of changes to his senior bench as he plots the bank's strategic path outside of state ownership.
Andrew Bester, a former Standard Chartered executive who joined Lloyds in 2012 and has since been group director and CEO of the commercial banking division, is to leave to "pursue other opportunities", Lloyds said in a statement today.
