Eric Daniels, the chief executive of Lloyds Banking Group at the time of its crisis-era government bailout, has won a claim against the UK bank over share awards the bank failed to pay him.

Former CEO Daniels and Truett Tate, who previously ran wholesale banking at the group, brought claims against Lloyds in relation to awards under a 2009 long-term incentive plan.
