Lloyds TSB Development Capital has hired Stewart Lucindi and Anthony Bull as investment directors in its IT and telecommunications team.

Lucindi has joined from 3i in London. He was a senior investment manager in 3i's software and internet investment team. Bull was previously at BT Wireless. A large part of his experience was working on the company's development of third generation moblie phone applications. He also had experience at 3i.
