The initial public offering of LM Glasfiber, the Danish manufacturer of wind turbine blades, is the second flotation from the renewable energy business this year.

Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein (DrKW) is global co-ordinator and bookrunner for the deal. Nordea Securities, a Danish bank, is joint lead manager. DrKW advised Doughty Hanson, a UK private equity firm, on its acquisiton of part of LM Glasfiber last year.
