Nickel trading has once again resumed on the London Metal exchange after an IT error caused trading for the metal to be suspended for most of the morning.

Trading in nickel restarted on 16 March after a short squeeze caused the price of the metal to skyrocket to over $100,00/tonne at one point on 8 March, causing the LME to suspend trading for more than a week.
