Lombard Odier Investment Managers has appointed Philip Chew to the newly created role of head of risk, operations and information technology. Chew joins from BlackRock Solutions where he was managing director for five years. He also led the building of risk reporting, research and portfolio management systems at BlackRock for 14 years.
