Two London-based bankers are among five members of staff lifted to partner level at advisory firm and asset manager Perella Weinberg Partners, the latest company to make its annual promotion round for dealmakers.

Managing directors Timo Bauschke, a former Deutsche Bank executive focused on chemicals companies, and David Heimer, a former Merrill Lynch banker specialising in telecom, media and technology deals, will become partners at the firm in January, Perella Weinberg said in a statement.
