London fintech Duco responds to Brexit by shifting data to EU

Duco, a London-based financial technology firm backed by Michael Spencer’s NEX Group, is moving sensitive business data to mainland Europe due to Brexit.

The company, which counts ING and Societe Generale among its clients, is opening an office in Poland and plans to set up data centres in Amsterdam and Frankfurt, in response to pressure from clients to pull sensitive data from the UK.
