When City executives gather for the annual Capital Markets Industry Taskforce conference at the London Stock Exchange later in June, there will be no shortage of talking points.

Despite hopes of a much-needed recovery in listings heading into 2025, this year has so far fallen flat in delivering a boost to London’s sluggish IPO market.
