London Stock Exchange equity fees fall again in ‘subdued’ markets

The drought in equity fund raising hit fees at the London Stock Exchange Group during the third quarter, as the UK bourse continues to battle a slowdown in capital markets.

Equities revenue was down 9% for the three months ended 30 September 2023 amid "subdued market volumes in both primary and secondary markets", the exchange said in a 19 October trading update.
