London Stock Exchange eyes new debt market

The London Stock Exchange Group has set out plans to introduce a new venue for companies and governments to issue debt securities.

The LSE plans to go live with the International Securities Market in the second quarter of this year, according to a statement. A market consultation on the venue's proposed rules is set to be published at the end of March, the LSE added.
