Jeffrey Rosen, the longest-serving ally of the late Bruce Wasserstein, has taken over from his former colleague as Lazard’s point-man on Kraft’s hostile bid for UK confectioner Cadbury.
Rosen, a deputy chairman at Lazard, was the first name on the list of advisers on Kraft's latest offer statement published yesterday. His name replaced that of Wasserstein, Lazard's talismanic former chief executive who died last month.
