Lopardo tipped to quit SSgA

Nick Lopardo is expected to quit as US-based chief executive of State Street Global Advisors (SSgA) in the near future, according to industry sources.

SSgA declined to comment, but last year Lopardo lost out in the position rankings to fellow vice president Ron Logue, following Logue's appointment to the position of chief operating officer.
