Lord Hill: How London can up its IPO game

The specific issues I was asked to look at by the chancellor for my review of the UK's IPO market — which reported just over a year ago now — were only a subset of the broader exam question: how can we make the UK a more attractive place for companies to set up and grow? To that end, the review was quite narrow in its focus.
