Lovells, the law firm, has expanded its Moscow office with the appointment of Oxana Balayan as partner to lead the Russian corporate team.

Balayan joins with a team of three associates from Beiten Burkhardt Mittl & Wegener in Moscow. Balayan started at Beiten Burkhardt in 1995 and was international partner in charge of the Moscow office from 1999 onwards. Her team focused on European clients investing in Russia.
