UK law firm Lovells has hired five new partners specialising in mergers and acquisitions and acquisition finance, including three in Paris.

Gilles de Poix, 43, who was previously with Hughes, Hubbard & Reed, Olivier de Precigout, 42, who moved from Coudert Freres and Jacques Bertran de Balanda, 39, who comes from Clifford Chance, are all joining the Paris office.
