Lovering junior quits Bridgewell

Nick Lovering, the son of UK retail private equity entrepreneur John Lovering, has left Bridgewell, the London-based broker bought two months ago by Icelandic financial group Landsbanki, to join Dawnay, Day Corporate Finance.

Lovering, who worked on some of Bridgewell's largest equity mandates, including the flotation of a £150m (€222m) investment fund by Ingenious Media last year, has joined Dawnay Day as a director.
