For any City institution that cares about retaining staff and keeping workers happy (or at least not depressed), FN's City Job Satisfaction Survey must act as a wake-up call.

Problems are everywhere. Using the survey as a barometer, most City industry executives hide friend or family relationship issues, almost half hide views on politics and more than a third hide financial strife. One in five hide mental health problems and six in every hundred hide some kind of drink or drug addiction.
