LSE cancels £8.1bn 'rogue trade' in Autonomy

The London Stock Exchange cancelled the biggest ever single 'trade' in its history on Wednesday morning, after a mystery trader placed an order for 500 million shares in Autonomy, the UK software company.

The value of the order, which was placed at 08.38 GMT at a price of £16.10 (€25.53) per share, was nearly £8.1bn.
