LSE and Deutsche Börse look to add big bank advisers

London Stock Exchange Group and Deutsche Börse are looking to recruit a slew of big banks as advisers for their £21 billion tie-up to join the two boutiques that have been handling the deal so far.

London Stock Exchange Group and Deutsche Börse are looking to recruit a slew of big banks as advisers for their £21 billion tie-up to join the two boutiques that have been handling the deal so far.

Robey Warshaw was named as lead adviser to the LSE and Perella Weinberg as lead adviser to Deutsche Börse, when the two exchange groups were forced to announce they were in advanced talks on February 23.
