LSE moves on from Deutsche Börse blow with ‘strong start’

The London Stock Exchange saw revenues rise by around a fifth in the first quarter, with its post-trade operations again the driving force.

The figures were the first to be published by the UK exchange group since its planned £24 billion merger with Germany's Deutsche Börse was finally killed off by European antitrust regulators in March.
