The London Stock Exchange Group has reshuffled its board as it moves ahead with plans for a £21 billion merger of equals with German counterpart Deutsche Börse.

The LSE said on March 22 that Baroness Sharon Bowles, Sherry Coutu, and Stuart Lewis will step down from its group board on April 26.
