A slew of London-listed firms are looking for better returns overseas, but David Schwimmer says plenty flop

The chief executive of the London Stock Exchange Group said most firms that switch their listing from the UK to US struggle to boost their share price, as London grapples with a slew of departures.

Speaking after LSEG’s annual results, David Schwimmer challenged the assumption that US listings lend companies higher valuations.
