The London Stock Exchange Group has attracted fresh criticism from an influential proxy adviser over its chief executive’s pay package, as the bourse and financial data juggernaut seeks to compete with its US rivals for talent.

Institutional Shareholder Services has urged shareholders to vote against LSEG’s remuneration report at its annual general meeting on 1 May.
