Lukoil, the oil and gas exploration and production company, could become the first Russian firm to fully list on the London Stock Exchange (LSE) next year.

Lukoil depositary receipts can already be traded in London alongside two other Russian firms: Gazprom, the gas company, and AO Tatneft, another oil and gas exploration and production firm.
