Andre Roelants was officially appointed chief executive officer of Clearstream at a board meeting Friday, ruling out all possibility of Andre Lussi returning to his post.

Roelants took over as acting chief executive officer on May 15 when Lussi stood down from his role pending the outcome of an investigation by the public prosecutor in Luxembourg, following allegations published in a book by a former Clearstream employee.
