Howard Lutnick has reduced the number of senior managers at BGC Partners, the interdealer broker that he set up, for the second time in a month.

Julian Swain has stepped down from his role as head of BGC’s GFI brand “for personal reasons”, Lutnick wrote in an email to employees on September 10.
