Lyxor chief takes bird’s-eye view

FN talks to Edouard Auché, the man responsible for the smooth running of Lyxor’s operations

FN talks to Edouard Auché, the man responsible for the smooth running of Lyxor’s operations, which has 600 people across four ‘performance engines’ – alternative investments; ETFs and indexing; multi-asset investments and structured investments.

Edouard Auché's career at the €75bn alternatives asset manager Lyxor has given him an eagle-eyed perspective on how the front, middle and back-office operations should run. He spent 10 years trading derivatives and worked as a consultant before moving into IT, joining Lyxor in 2005, and after two years as head of IT became chief operating officer.
