Lyxor ETF has appointed the former head of UK and Ireland distribution at competitor Source to lead its sales drive in the region.

David Lake has joined the firm in the same role just three years after joining Source from RBS, Lyxor ETF announced today. At RBS he had been head of UK sales for investor products and equity derivatives.
