MacArthur & Co, a London-based corporate finance boutique, has hired Piers Hartland-Swann, a former Bear Stearns and UBS banker, as a partner.

Hartland-Swann will join as a generalist banker covering M&A and equity and debt capital markets across all sectors. MacArthur & Co does not split bankers by sector or product.
