Mack snatches Lynch

John Mack, recently appointed chairman and chief executive of Morgan Stanley, has raided Credit Suisse First Boston, his former employer, for two senior executives as he steps up his reshuffle of the bank's management.

Gary Lynch has been appointed chief legal officer, a position he previously held at CSFB. Lynch was one of Mack's earliest hires at CSFB in 2001 and the two worked together closely until last year.
