Macquarie, the Australian investment bank, has hired a former Credit Suisse banker to lead its French advisory and capital markets division.

Paris-based Fady Lahame, who spent 19 years at the Swiss bank before leaving in 2015, will focus on companies in the industrials, services, tech, energy, media, healthcare and consumer sectors.
