Macquarie Group has hired a former Financial News Rising Star in investment banking to its advisory and capital markets business in Europe, as the Australian firm rises up the ranks for dealmaking in the region.
Matthew Taylor previously spent more than a decade with corporate finance house DC Advisory and by 2015 was the firm’s youngest executive director in Europe.
