Mahnaz Safa, the former UBS veteran who was named as one of FN’s 100 most influential women in Europe's financial markets in 2010, has landed a new role at Citigroup’s European derivatives solutions group.

Safa will join Citi as head of sales, covering corporate clients in the UK and Ireland. She will report to Sanjay Khemani, the head of corporate sales for the DSG group in Europe, Middle East and Africa.
