Man Group's Robyn Grew is no stranger to a challenge. Her career includes a stint in Lehman Brothers' compliance team, for a start. She also proudly identifies as part of the LGBTQ+ community.

Grew joined London-based hedge fund Man Group in 2010 as chief compliance officer, before becoming chief operating officer and then president in July last year, bolstering a CV that also boasts roles at former exchange LIFFE and Barclays Capital.
