Mainstream investment managers are struggling to incorporate climate change considerations into their investment decision-making, despite warnings that global warming could reshape the world economy.

A Lehman Brothers report last month said climate change "should be a significant consideration for the investment management industry", yet most managers have little understanding of how it could affect value in their portfolios.
