Philip Manduca, former head of alternative investments at Morley Fund Management, is on a hiring spree at Titanium Capital, his recently launched hedge fund.

Titanium focuses on absolute return hedge fund strategies which aim to achieve performance that is uncorrelated with traditional asset classes.
