Maple Leaf Capital, the London-based hedge fund manager, has gone live with an integrated risk management and trading system from Sophis, the French portfolio and risk management systems supplier and TradingScreen, the US trading platform developer.

Maple Leaf is the first company to use the integrated solution that streamlines the full investment management process. It has implemented the solution for its equity volatility arbitrage activity on its Maple Leaf Opportunity Fund that was launched in October 2002 with equity of $200m (€185.9m).
