Citigroup has shaken up the senior ranks of its high touch equities team in London as the US bank continues to push through changes as part of a sweeping overhaul.

Marc Francis will be named head of high touch equities trading, according to people familiar with the matter, while Ross Taylor has been promoted to head of sales trading for the division, which encompasses Citi’s UK, Europe and Middle East operations.
