Barclays, Goldman Sachs and Jefferies have won key mandates as trading services firm Marex prepares a New York IPO.

The trio join Keefe, Bruyette & Woods as lead bookrunning managers for the listing, as bankers try to ride a recent wave of positivity around a capital markets rebound.
