Mark-it Partners, the independent data provider for credit derivatives and cash credit instruments, has picked europrospectus.com to supply it with prospectuses in one of its main projects.

The online text and clause-searchable prospectus company will provide Mark-It with documents on reference obligations for a database initiative called Project Red, which was initially developed by Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan. Project Red is a database of reference entities for the credit markets.
