Citi has hired a top-ranked analyst from Bank of America Merrill Lynch, the latest recruit to bolster its European equity research division.

Mark Manduca has joined Citigroup as a managing director, leading a number of sectors across the US bank's research team including transport, leisure, autos and business services, according to an internal memo seen by Financial News.
