Marketers feel the pinch from the slowdown in fundraising

A third-party marketing company that raises capital for hedge funds was launched last week just as established marketers are beginning to struggle, investors said.

DNA Advisors, a firm founded by former British bankers John Davies and Lucy Alexander, said it planned to sell hedge funds to European and Middle Eastern funds of hedge funds and family offices. It is backed by Libertas Capital, a UK financial services business.
