The London headquarters of retailer Marks & Spencer has been put up for sale, giving investors the chance to pick up some grade-A office space close to the capital’s new Crossrail train line, which is set to open this year.

Hong Kong-based private equity firm Gaw Capital is marketing Waterside House in Paddington via CBRE and Eastdil Secured, according to a statement from CBRE. The 237,801 square foot building is leased to Marks & Spencer on a 10-year lease, the statement said, with a rent review imminent. The firm expects domestic and international investors to bid for the building.
