Morgan Stanley banker rejoins UBS for top Swiss role

UBS has re-hired its former co-head of investment banking in Switzerland from Morgan Stanley, the latest example of the bank’s strategy to hire experienced advisers as it turns itself into a leaner, more advisory focused outfit.

Martin Kesselring will join the Swiss bank as head of corporate client solutions in Switzerland on April 1, according to an internal memo seen by Financial News. Kesserling most recently held a similar role at Morgan Stanley.
